Fertilizer production requires detailed reporting. Artem’s emission tracking ensures seamless compliance with CBAM’s stringent requirements.
Fertilizer production is a significant source of nitrous oxide (N₂O)emissions. Many national emission regulation already require a mandatory installation of Continued Emissions Measurement System to measure the N₂O. With our CEMS modules, we can help producers worldwide to comply with these monitoring requirements and colelct real time emission data.

Case Study
In 2021, global aluminium consumption was approximately 64.2 million metric tons. Aluminium demand is expected to increase at a compound annual growth rate of 2.6% between 2021 and 2029.1 By 2030, demand is expected to reach approximately 119.5 million metric tons.
Aluminium is widely used in various industries, including transportation, construction, packaging, and electrical sectors. Its properties, such as lightness, durability, and malleability, make it a highly sought-after metal.
Artem is working with the world's largest aluminium producer, which has an annual production of 7.1 million tons and more than 80 production facilities, to help it reduce emissions and comply with cross-border carbon regulations, particularly the Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism. We collect data locally at the production level and track the entire upstream and downstream supply chain, from raw aluminium to finished products such as extrusion parts and aluminium sheets. Our platform enables cross-border supply chain management, allowing multiple parties to submit relevant emissions data.
